The culmination of the series is a cathartic cat-and-mouse thriller that sees our previous characters reconnect to hopefully stop a potential travesty, needing to reconcile enough of their interwoven history in time to save lives. Opening with a ‘diss track’ as title page, then drawing from the works of William Powell as well as the use of Augusto Boal’s ‘Simultaneous Dramaturgy’, the play’s— and cycle’s— larger battles for freedom and humanity are drawn into a very real and local conflict tied directly to the place of each performance, turning every theater into a community theater, with the resolution of the play and cycle itself held in the hands of none other thanthe first herald of these FUNTIMES.
